QUALITY AND SAFETY
These concepts are by now inseparable and at the basis of any commercial relationship in the world of food. The dramatic crises that have hit the sector over the last twenty years have made the importance of this binomial evident to operators and consumers alike.
Indeed, traditional product skills must increasingly be integrated with new scientific and technological knowledge designed to guarantee complete reliable handling of health and safety issues in food production.
In this context, increasingly detailed and specific international standards have been developed to ensure the manufacture of products that comply with high quality and safety standards, as well as with food sector regulations.
In order to ensure quality and safety for customers, it is necessary to seek quality and safety among suppliers and, in some cases, even promote paths for improvement among them.
As a result, we only choose suppliers who can guarantee full compliance with the main technical standards of the food industry promoted by the brands of international large retailers, or by the world of standardization (Global Standard for Food Safety – GSFS BRC, the International Food Standard IFS ISO 22000, Food Safety management systems, ISO 22005 Traceability in agri-food chains, etc.)
